Meetings & Minutes
AVCA holds "All Members" monthly meetings (usually 2nd FRIDAY of each month) which are open to all members to attend and to vote on key management issues. Volunteers who are not members are also encouraged to attend, but do not have a vote. Membership can be attained for a small annual membership subscription.
An EMAIL reminder is sent out during the week leading up to the monthly meeting and confirming the VENUE. We frequently have our meetings at the FALCON INN Incline Row, Godreaman, Aberdare CF44 6LU, but sometimes we select a different venue. Occasionally a meeting will be cancelled or rescheduled and this will be notified by EMAIL in the same way. Meetings are NOT normally held in August, although some planned event or project activities may well be.
There are also occasional "Management Committee" meetings which are convened to discuss and plan conservation projects in detail - these are normally open to members who wish to attend.
